1 · ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of UNCUT CARTS and their immediate families are not eligible. [Placeholder — final eligibility language to be supplied.]
2 · CONTEST PERIOD
The season runs from January 1 at 12:00:00am through December 31 at 11:59:59pm local time. Only scores posted within the contest period are counted. [Placeholder — time zone and any interim milestones to be supplied.]
3 · HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED (SKILL)
Winners are determined solely by skill. The five (5) highest verified scores on the season leaderboard at the close of the contest period win. No element of chance is involved and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. [Placeholder — tie-break procedure to be supplied.]
4 · ONE IDENTITY PER PERSON
One leaderboard identity per person, identified by the email address supplied when posting a score. Posting again from the same email updates that entry's best score rather than creating a new entry. Multiple identities, shared accounts, or entries submitted on behalf of others are prohibited.
5 · PRIZES

6 · WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email at the address supplied with their score within fourteen (14) days of the close of the contest period. Winners must respond and confirm eligibility, including proof of age, within the period stated in the notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible score.
7 · VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
All scores are subject to verification. Every submission records the wave reached, run duration, and purity. Submissions that are implausible, automated, modified, or otherwise manipulated will be flagged, reviewed, and may be removed. UNCUT CARTS reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant at its sole discretion.
8 · PRIVACY
Email addresses collected with score submissions are used to contact winners and are added to the UNCUT drop list. Emails are never displayed on the leaderboard — the board shows initials only. [Placeholder — link to full privacy policy.]
